Indeed!! That was as red flag regarding their 'intentions'. At least over the short-term.

However, long-term investors can ignore all of that and not watch the daily PPS and sleep well at night. After all, there will be dilution (that's a given) to pay for the FDA trials as well as the construction of the new site. Swing traders and day traders need not apply.
