I have the exact same questions. Is this supposedly pulled from the SEALED court record, or another source? IF this is an actual email, AND Amarex was granted a motion to SEAL the court record, leaking this email would be a major breach.

Let's see that verified actual email document from the court record. This smells VERY fishy to me. Paid account or not, the timing and circumstances of the appearance of this document are very suspicious. I call BS on it. If only I had paid access to Pacer, I could look and find out pretty quickly if this email is legit.
