OC was posting fake emails from ceo of billion $ deals Alex what got him was SCIE the ceo died and company had no operations.

What people don't realize these otc shells are basically like blank check companies it's the safest way for a company to merge without having to owe shares to anyone or take on massive debt from the previous company.
