I didn't say it WAS a paint. I said it looks like a paint. I was looking at the otc level 2 chart during the last couple minutes. It updates automatically real time. With about 1 min left the chart changed from what it had been, in the red, for hours with no change, to a last min jump up to around .018 or so & it looked like a paint which used to happen here all the time.
