The share price is up 600% from the low in recent weeks and this motion is probably why. With the stock going current in the near future we should see increased demand for shares. The court ignored the proposed settlement and didn't order the company to go current by Sept 30 but at least we know that the syndicates target has passed.
I think it's a go and I expect the judge to take some action to address the delay in responding to his order to insure compliance. Maybe a daily fine if the new date is missed.
