Without "Mr Brown", the HPIL ticker would be at no bid with no business model and barely trading any volume on the expert market where it would have surely died. Thats where prior mgmt left it - abandoned.

SB has been taking hit after hit from prior mgmts wake and yet still keeping himself engaged with his investors about it.

A shady scamster CEO would have been long gone dark by now.

Convertibles are an unfortunate carry-over obstacle, but a holding company with multiple tech businesses can support a 15.7B OS same as it could a 14.3B OS. Allocated across 5 BUs thats 3.1B per. If HPIL were just an EV company, Im sure a 3.1B OS would be an acceptable SS.

Ive been running my math at 15B OS for a while now, ever since SB commented it in his CC.
