why are you focusing on solyndra? the issue is solydras NOLS and tax Loophole. you're trying to mis direct the entire point which is the NOLS and how they can be of value to unsatisfied creditors AND how they can survive bankruptcy and not be completelty wiped away and eliminated as you claim. " expected to be fully utilized to offset debt" I believe this debt will be equity and shares will be exchanged for it. You really think the lehmans plan administrator would factor in bankruptcy corporate tax loopholes into the plan? It's however the reader interprets it.

Now what I do find odd is if you press "ctrl+f" if you are on windows or "command+f" if you are on mac, and you search the words "plan of reorganization" It will guide you to where it is stated on the top left of the screen. BUT if you type in "plan of liquidation" those 3 words do not appear in the page together anywhere. there was then the modification to the plan, which now reads
