'The press released are all full of half truths' The rest being full thruth I will go for a total of 1.5 full thruth. (fun to play stupidly with numbers ... You should understand that)

Contrary to you I do not realy care about what was done in 2020 ('options given to note holders in the debt refinancing deal detained in the 2020 8K') and ('stress that they were under in the late SEC filings for Q1 2020 wasn't filed until late September of that year).

What I see is someone trying to restructure, build and grow a failed business of the past 'RESTARTING' an adventure instead of dropping it (like do crooks) and starting an outright new one, taking into consideration what was done in the past.

Your Bla, Bla, Bla about what happenned 1, 2, 3 and even 4 years ago (2017) is absolutely ridicule and most likely the creation of a story made out of pure frustration if not a total lie aimed at supporting a hidden strategy of yours.

Q1 and Q2 reports were simply the description of an almost failled business (Q@ in particular making a check point to start from) and therefore we (you) have no clue yet relative to where we stand right now except for what I didd show in my previous post (2 NR's).

Q3 will (OMHO) be another check point showing progress but let's not expect miracles but honest reporting of the said progress"

You thereafter probably keep looking back at the past, unless you change your own hidden strategy based on illucubrations aimed at misleading everyone.

As I said, relying on message boards is stupid but fun anyhow and one of the reasons is we find on those posters, frustrated or illuminated trying to play the 'I'm smarter than anyone game.

Let's hope not to many posters herein take you and your continuous repetitions to seriously.

Let's see what Q3 reports will show and I personally hope Leon will in the future be a little more transparent to support honestly his shareholders and make life tougher for those only interested in disparaging the company and its management.

Patiently,

Roger
