I saw that but I am nervously awaiting the 8K which outlines the terms of the deals and how they are financing them. I'm just skeptical that is the only way they are paying for like $400m+ in acquisitions (that we know of) is only with preferred stock, but who knows. The high volume without any price movement is an indicator of dilution.
