don't need a crystal ball when you have years of experience trading penny stocks and watch twitter pumpers and dumpers manipulate stocks all the time. the hype pulse on ICOA has flatlined so there's no hope for movement from that. really interested in how they're financing these deals because I have a sneaking suspicion it's dilution paired with the preferred stock offering and when they announce that in an 8K the price is going to absolutely get destroyed. damn shame because I really like this stock and think it has a ton of potential but there's a lot of red flags popping up.
