It's interesting that some here think that this is some sort of cataclysmic contest between bulls and bears of the stock ... like you all are betting on a sports team and cheering along, willing to look past the facts and just rally behind the banner.

The reality is that this is just a question of whether McNally can execute, whether the technology has any commercial promise if it obtains its clearances, and if the company has any viable exit to an acquirer, MDT or otherwise.

The stock price remains where it is as those are the fundamental questions that remain outstanding, no proof yet that the Enos system brings something new to the market and that there's value in the IP beyond what MDT and others are already developing themselves. The company's own actions send signals of no imminent commercialization efforts (just look at the hiring page and how old the recs are and how few positions are posted).

These questions aren't answered by any incremental patent approval or McNally saying that he completed procedures on pigs and now facing delays due to the pathology testing, etc.
