Yea that response was strange. I'm wondering if Francis was deliberately being vague.

The Ice Lounge representatives are already listed as Directors of GEGP and the recent OTC filings & Attorney Letter state that they were on the recent calls with the attorney for the filing. So everything appears to still be going forward.

My guess has been that the Ice Lounge folks want the financials audited before they finalize the deal and that is the hold up. I think Francis put the OTC filings together just to keep the ticker tradeable. Total guess on my part though.
