yes very I will not be suprised if this jumps over 15 and warrents go bonkkers
MAjor markets hitting new highs and trans coming back could end the bear market signal we were given
FEd pumping $$$ and just maybe CA allows older trucks and none union to assist at the docs to get freight moving.

Still in all its beginning to look like 1979 when interest rates jumped from7% to 13% in one day.
I was partner with another broker. We had an option on a 110 unit apartment in Coralville IA doing an in Iowa syndicated reg (only can have 35 investors)had the accounting all done and the attorney prpaerd the documents for the invstors. It cost us $25,000. With an option there is no out clause. no refund but the accounting attorney and printing were the big costs.
