Hi TG,

It was really surprising to me that LBHI did not have any PR issued about the Oct 7th 23rd Distribution. I am thinking this could be because they may have wanted this to be a 'SILENT PERIOD", they need to have a 30-day silent period if they are doing any Materially Public News/Events in progress now and so may have gone into 'Silent Mode'. If they are Silent Mode, they could have been lining up all Announcements of their Emergence out of BK for the week after Nov 7th, 2021.
