RT. I am with you on understanding the mechanics regarding the buyback. However I am in disagreement for the reason why. The professional ignorance approach is BS. The 'three' professional parties in disagreement is hardly likely.

Calls to SEC would clear the disagreement up quickly... they do what SEC requires. Period. The delay results ONLY from management's desire to reconsider the idea of giving $8.2M out to people they don't even know or have any real sense of recourse. LAHO SHs WILL eat what ever is served to them.

Now the management is stuck on how do we erase a public commitment...now considered a blunder from a business perspective.

Management now sees the benefit of that cash in seeking other business endeavors rather than 'saving face'. Such that the goal is now "how do we manage to keep the money and utilize it elsewhere' AND minimize any legal liability. THAT assurance takes time....not the distribution of cash to LAHO bag holders.
