I read book "Flash Boys" years ago & would highly recommend. I think there was also a movie based on market data speed but can't remember the name. IMO i`m not sure SEC can shut citadel servers (?) down on this issue.....this lawsuit will carry on for weeks if not months...it will be difficult for sec to make case, since much of this has been going on for years..imo. Citadel will probably win....they are not the only ones involved, but they are probably one of biggest....tranmission speed is huge advantage to traders...some minor changes will result from hearings...jmo
