Arnie, If everyone can only sell in US after Sept. 28 deadline, Why did Most Brokers(TDAmeritrade,ETRADE) start Sept. 3 with restriction(they basicly started deadline early.) They drove down prices even more by doing that. They said they were helping investors. HOW?
