I have slight doubts about foul play- it's just possibe that Leo Ehrlich is a complete imbecile who has accidentally managed to enrich himself by millions of dollars while in aggregate his shareholders have lost hundreds of millions of dollars.

However, Occam's razor tips me into believing that Leo Ehrich is just a greedy crook.
