JMO, this company knew exactly what it was doing (i.e. getting booted to expert market). It could easily filed the Form 15 months ago and filed unaudited financial and it would be pink current.

I just think that the company saw massive conversions in the pipeline with a small struggling biz, and thought it better be on the grey market where conversions won’t happen.

That is until the toxic lenders commencing litigation for repayment.
