Never know he could retire about 10 billion shares to tighten up the float, that's another scenario, as he did say they are not doing that dreaded 2 words, I try not to say it, as not to jinx it. IMO it will be one or the other
a share buyback, or they will retire some shares. Either one would elevate the S/P
