From the Seeking Alpha article on the Bloom Energy deal with SK Holdings announced this morning:

" The companies say they will create hydrogen innovation centers in the U.S. and South Korea to advance the commercialization of green hydrogen.

SK ecoplant also agrees to invest $255M in Bloom Energy (BE) by acquiring 10M shares of convertible preferred stock at $25.50/share, with an option to acquire a minimum of an additional 11M common shares at a 15% premium to the prevailing stock price at the time."

Interesting that the "Innovation Centers" are going to be in the U. S. and S. Korea, when Bloom is a Canadian company.

Also, note that SK Holdings invested $1.6 Billion in PLUG earlier this year, and has invested here just $255 Million in Bloom.

I wonder why SK has invested over 6 times MORE into PLUG ?
