What sort of person is our CEO?

It is generally assumed that the quality of management is of crucial importance when it comes to the success of a company. My impression is that we have over the last year been able to gather som impression of the qualities of our CEO. My impression is that he is good when it comes to imagination and the ability to find interesting investment oppportunities. His weak point seems to be his ability to folllow up and finish his initiatives. The latter has been expressed in a varity of ways. The one that is apparent to all is the promise of presenting his future plans during a week-end not so long ago. This has not happened and we have received no explanation. This way of acting seems to be part of his character. If it works the same way with the investments he initiates the chance of great success looks pretty dim in my view. Credibility matters a lot in the business world. The above is one reason I would not be very surprised if we lose practically everything since he seems to play such an all-important role in this company.
