Looking for Artizen Cannabis Corporation, to rename the Public company to reflect the business more accurately.

The private company “reverse merges” into the already public company, which now becomes an entirely new operating entity and generally changes name to reflect the newly merged company's business.

Because they own over 80% of economic interest and PVSP was incorporated in Delaware, it is a very simple thing to do and does not required shareholder approval vote.

The fact that all 3 subsidiaries were sold to HTSC, of which Riss is CEO makes it all the more likely that the new public company will be totally focused on Cannabis and the Corporate name should reflect that fact.
