Let's hope we have a good week.
Now, it's important that we never criticize those with any skeptical comment.
I still kick myself for getting swept in the enthusiastic tide a while ago.
A stock is not a child, but I understand how investors from the early days can feel almost like a parent and bridle at any negative statement.

Things I thought about and disregarded, because my antenna was down:

- Dr. Quinn resigning in March 2019, when her job was to shepherd the Corti application. There was no replacement. Probably cost was a factor, but I don't know. Reality is no one on this board, including me, expressed any concern. I wish someone had.

- the multiple misses on earnings. Understandable, but clearly an indication that management at the time saw things with very rosy glasses. Why was that not an indication that Corti approval would no be a sure thing?

- the takeover evaluation committee. I still wonder about that. It was fun to think about, but maybe that potential acquirer did not like what it saw with a closer look. Another possible tell? Who knows? But who ever raised this as a concern?

I hope we do not encourage a culture that makes it unpatriotic to be critical or raise concerns. We should never be cheerleaders for any investment, even ANIP. Smart people can sift thru opinions and it's better to have more, not less, to evaluate. As for MNK, I simply pointed out that the reasons for the US government to hate it have eroded. I'm also cynical about agencies.

My odds for approval 80:20 at this point. Not enough to sell, but it was 95-5 a week ago; I am a bit disappointed we are so close to the magic date.
