lies are just opinions, projections, and/or Deals that were made that were made at a certain time, usually never a good time for HYSR in particular, and took what they could get, which is pretty much standard procedure for Penny Stocks in general! What they did at an earlier time is cancelled-out, simply because the Company had nothing at the time, so agreed to any terms demanded by the helping Company or potential Employee!

Most judgements such as beings Liars or cheats, are purely emotional feelings, simply because they never fully investigated what they were talking about, so the emotions took control? Unfair to the Company, especially HYSR, who I would never have Invested in if I had any hint of Fraud or serious misconduct by Tim Young!

What impressed me most was their transparency when they kept PRing us after every milestone was reached! If TY, or anybody associated with HYSR, made claims that were UNTRUE, and not just estimates or destructive deals made out of good faith, they would have been fined, punished or even closed down, depending on the severity of the statements/actions? HYSR still is in good standing with the investigating authorities, need I say more?

We must remember that over 90% of Penny Stocks are not REAL Co's, but just a name and products they are working on! SO, only the Vultures are left around, ready to take over when those weak Co's fail, which is often enough to keep them in Business! The Penny Stock Vultures almost always make the Companies look bad, as some of the situations seem ridiculously out of favor with the Penny Stock.. IMO... GLTA...

It is easy to call one a cheat or Liar, but to prove it under the REAL circumstances is another thing! Talk is cheap and the lowest form of communication if emotionally driven, IMO?
