RD I agree that it would be a great relief if it was a certainty since the bulk of the value lies in the five plantations. Anyway, you have a point. The book value of an old asset is a different thing from assessed real value. What still is missing in my view is a convincing esplanation of why the profits generated are not in the filing. I don't find your past explanations very convincing.
