If the MM's want to move a stock it will move. Penny stocks are a numbers game. The more tickers you own the better your chance of 1 or more moving up. The end of last year and begining of this one every penny stock was hot. If you bought a million shares in several stocks at this level your odds were great. These are just my thoughts and not professional advise.
