Note holders convert for twice the face value, you know that. LABRYS fund will need to convert $1.5 million in shares the next 6 months to cover that $780K as agreed. Many notes here convert for much more than that.

Just an example of a most recent conversion from the last 10Q. Do the math and go back and see what it was trading at the time.

Conversion price .0009 and stock closed at .0041 on July 7th.

On July 7, 2021, in terms of a conversion notice received by the company, Labrys converted the aggregate principal sum of $100,800 into 112,000,000 shares of common stock.
