Evey stock can win or lose!

The rason why people bought this stock was a performance! It was very undervalued, oversold & lowfloater. The bad side of this stock is a reputation & history! If they losing Fouth Street now that mean no revenue and more than $10M debts!!!
Could they make some monies with stocks???

I think everyone can realise now wtat was the reason to close the last Rascals Comedy Club! Though the Power Plant Live venue had scheduled acts through October, it closed in September 2006. Headliners Entertainment Group Inc., the company that owned the business, said in its most recent quarterly report that lack of patronage was the reason for the closure. Was it realy the lack of patronage or they couldn’t just pay the rent to Cordisch?
I think too that everyone can realise what was the reason for termination of Management Agreement between Red Cheetah, Montclair and HLEG! The majority owners of Rascals Montclair are trusts owned by the families of Eduardo Rodriguez and Michael Margolies, the members of the Company's Board of Directors and they secured just the assets for coming bancruptcy (chapter 7).

The question is – what’s the NEXT? ? Bankruptcy or Bankruptcy fraud? R/S & new Symbol with same crapy play on new Clubs? Lets see…

WHAT PEOPLE REALY THINK ABOUT THIS “ BUSINESS MODEL”?

…my brother worked there when they opened, said that the company's strategy is to open clubs in places like cincinnati, run it for a couple years, then close as soon as they begin to fade. they do this all over the country.
so while it's probably true that OTR isn't the greatest place to run a business, their closing probably had more to do with the fact that cheesy clubs like that have a very short life span.

…Hey Guido Bob.... aka Cheetah CEO. I guess this is the "let me piss off as many people as I can before I open" business model? Or is it just a case of "I've wildly misinterpreted my potential market"? Good luck importing enough meatheads into Montclair to fill your club for a year or two and we'll see you when the for rent sign goes back up.

…According to a post on a public website for Headliners stockholders, the nightclub's owners slunk out of Jackson in the middle of the night.

One of the major issues with the clubs mentioned, specifically Red Cheetah is that the VIP section had become a beacon for many drug dealers (I am not exaggerating one bit) who did spend a lot of money... Of course they also made money there as well. Having dragged a few out of there and having watched the management "fret" at the loss of the "good" customers, I can tell you, in my opinion they weren't good corporate neighbors...
