“Auctus is pretty horrible,” yet you’re bullish? Auct-ass IS the company, they drove the entire bankruptcy reorganization, saved them from chapter 7, and installed Lance as CEO. “The reorganized debtor’s” whole financial position is predicated on Auctus’ need to make a profit. Either you think they are investing in the company because they believe in the commercial value of the IP, in which case Auctus are saints, or you believe as I do that their main goal was to propup the company to sell stock.
