Hoping all are having a positive Friday!!
Hang tight. We know this has been an exciting week & that there will be many more ahead through the years. Trust that our Independant auditors have the audit finalized and the paperwork will be filed and certified. There are technicalities and admin that our CFO and the auditors must work through and those back end tasks & timeline are out of our control. These people are good people working hard on this for SIRC and our shareholders. Please be encouraged to give them grace and professional courtesy to do their jobs the Right Way. We are in close communication with them and feel VERY CONFIDENT about VERY SOON, but those who know me..... know I avoid specific dates and numbers with forward looking statements. Rest assured it is heading into the goal. We are also very excited about up-listing to OTC QB and the Arbiter Bank deal. Both of which are well in the works and a matter of time and process. We understand your frustration with hard dates and apologize for mis-setting expectations, absolutely not intentional. However, our management team and auditors are working hard to ensure all things are thorough, compliant and accurate which is the most important thing. Dave and our entire management and leadership team want nothing more than the certified audit complete and filed asap, OTC up-list completed asap and we look forward to filing our form 10 and the runway to NASDAQ thereafter. Hang in there. It’s all in process, Business does not happen in a vacuum and we have 100s of employees across 14 subsidiaries working hard every day to make the SIRC family of companies operate as efficiently and productively as possible. We want to ensure not to jump the gun on PR or dates moving forward and hear you! Thank you for your trust, and patience.
