I might be wrong, however, I'm starting to lean towards the opinion that Pawson & Sinensky are in cahoots. Both have enough experience that they would not go into this kind of deal blindly. Wouldn't surprise me that the lawsuit is nothing more than a choreographed ruse to grab cheap shares.

From his past scams you can't believe a single thing that comes out of Pawson's mouth. As for Sinensky, if he actually did get duped by Pawson, too bad for him.

Either way shareholders (ie Bagholders) get hosed! LOL
