Market cap as of 10h00 is 155,000,000 (including warrants)

I wonder what justifies this Micro market cap stock to be dumped at this time (Oct 1 at 2,70 CDN down by 40% today)?

- Shareholders nervous before financials Q3 are published ?
- Manipulation by MM's
- Poor communications by management.

Dilution could be part of it but the fall started way before it came up.
