I don't see a P/E ratio. Only sustainable results count.
One-off events such as the sale of Brentwood do not count.

On the positive side, of course, LIGA has very good prospects of generating decent profits in the coming years, not only due to a healthy balance sheet, but also with the business plan. Only then - or with a profit forecast - can a P/E ratio be expected.
