I'll assume 35 Billion - 16.5 Billion restricted - 3.51 Billion Blue Bull = 14.99 Billion + 15 Billion = 29.99 Billion - 99 million = 29 Billion + 1 billion from the 16.5 Billion Restricted = 30 Billion and some change...

30 Billion /333 = 90 million + 9 million ( 15.4 Billion/1711.56:1) = 99 Million

99 million + 1 million from Form C filling @ .02 @ ptel = 100,000,000
