Thank you LuckyLoview - I did my part & called Etrade. They had to check with the trading desk. They said at this time an order could not be put into the system because there is not a market for this. We need a symbol to trade it. Also, I was told to check back in a month to see if there's anything new to report.

I hope something can come of this.
