Nobody puts in offers based on cap

and that's a ridiculous assertion. Everybody places offers based on the share price. The cap is simply the OS multiplied by the PPS. Our cap is irrelevant right now as there's no way to properly value un-drilled claims.

Anybody investing based on whether our cap is $6,7,9 or 15 million has no idea what they're doing. You buy shares not cap.
