Based on the absolute fiasco that is Gamestop, and what short sellers have tried to do with it, I believe a solution for Surna may lie below. This comes after 9 months of being involved on Reddit every damn day, and 4 months +/- of shares being sent to Computershare.
As the Redditors are removing shares from the brokerages, it is becoming more & more difficult for market makers to play the price action (I'm not even going into the brokerages, hedge funds and other assorted villains, for this argument, because we are OTC)
So I finally got a response from TDAmeritrade, on Direct Registry of Surna. Here it is:
Thanks for the message. SRNA is eligible for DRS out to their transfer agent, EQUINITI TRUST COMPANY. To initiate the transfer, you may complete and return the attached 'Transfer Out - Direct Registration System (DRS) and Certificate Request' form, or, contact our DRS team directly at 800-652-4584 to make the request over the phone.
Please reply to this e-mail or call a Transfer Specialist at 800-652-4584, weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern, excluding market holidays, if you have questions or needs concerning this or other transfer issues.
I "BELIEVE" (and again, I'm, a stupid idiot with no intention of collusion or financial advice giving) that if shares are removed from the brokerages and market makers, that SURNA's price will be giving fresh air to organically go up, as it should have numerous times now.
While I am trying very hard to understand "cellar boxing", I can see where it may have been done to Surna here in the past.
I will post a link on that concept, for anyone interested. It's how market makers bounce a stock to death, until it just evaporates.
I'm transferring mine to Equiniti.
Of course this will piss-off the "traders" among you, who love to play the price volatility. But if you are an "investor" in this company, and believe in their long game, then this is very likely a way to see unmanipulated organic growth.
I know there are many of you out here who have 1mm, 2mm, 6mm shares, and want to see it finally go up -- for good -- where it belongs.
