I've been playing penny stocks since 2002, at this playing level of 00s, with the prospects NBRI has with massive holdings of Magnesium and other rare earth, critical metals to our country and the rest of the world, we should be showing steady growth in the share price, not this damn bar-coding.
Bar-coding only happens when shareholders are weak, and afraid to invest.

The volume is so low, the market makers aren't even interested.
