First board with post number two LOL couldn’t resist. You sir are number one LOL. Looking at the business model of this company, although I like SPAC plays, I don’t know how long they can sustain business. The sublease office space for small or large companies with leases of as little as one month. Supposedly shaving real estate cost for companies by up to 25% per year. But I don’t think now would be a great time for something like that. Most companies are turning to working from home…..
But on the flipside of that, have to remember that they would most likely move their critical staff to low cost smaller spaces to accommodate for the downsize.. so maybe it could be a good investment. Always need some staff in office right???
