Decreasing Revenue, Increasing operations costs. Poor Management.

SP has been declining for over a year and half. I got in Aug 2019 Outstanding share count was at 544 million. Things were looking good. We are now at 788 million and COunting till early next year.

As the Fins were finally out after being delayed over and over. THe Q's came out. I find myself 2nd guessing myself based on what Gary and management saying compared to what was actually on paper.

DIDNT MATCH UP

Now coming up on the end of 2021. Share price has crashed. Volume has crashed and Management now only send out a tweet. As the days go on this company shows why it is in the OTC and got declined to go to the QB

COme december I sell no matter what. Held on over 2 years. Sounds like i will be taking a TaX write off on this Ticker. Shame what Gary did to this and the BS him and management spilled ..
