Renting out unused student housing is brilliant! Tailgating a big game and walking your drunk ass to the nearest dorm is much safer than driving home drunk! Students sharing rooms at a reduced rate will help underprivileged youths get an education. Whole floors of buildings can be used for transient students and tailgaters to separate the permanent residents and a lot of the dorms have cafeterias to help with a hangover. Great news...I'm holding!
