MB- USA Rare Earths added to it's position in Search! That explains the recent drop into the .10/range... With drill results coming the end of the month & Search looking to complete a PEA in the 1st quarter of 2022 this is looking really good right here IMHO for USARE to take up a position/PARTNERSHIP like they did with TMRC.

USA Rare Earth exercised 4,500,000 warrants as part of the Accelerated Warrant program as announced in the Company’s press release dated August 18, 2021. Each warrant was exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.10, and as announced in the Company’s press release dated August 18, 2021, the Company had accelerated the expiry date of the warrants to September 30, 2021.

Fully Diluted: 434,403,006

IMHO/Speculation
I expect the share price to rise to the .20 to .30's range into the new year as the addition & combination of the two assets will lead to a higher market cap...
The Lbs in the ground will be known here shortly as well! I expect at least $1B market cap Canadian dollars.... so 10x current share price is not a stretch at all....

Holding shares here into 2023!
