Alan…it is nice to see you post again, of course happy that you are spending time with family… no doubt season changes can help too.

Yes HDC/Intel?...well we are waiting for Judge Albright to make his decision but if he is waiting on Intel to release their earnings first, I doubt that but that sounds good for HDC….but what do I know?

I wonder how many eyes are waiting for Judge Albrights ruling? I hope he denies Intel which hopefully starts a hyper-roo in this stock. Leaving me with another smile.

I don’t like the idea that investor and traders feel Intel has massive billions of dollars and can afford just handing out a billion or two to HDC. Personally I feel that Intel regardless of our patents either way that Intel treated us like chet when they didn’t need to. I do understand when you talked about Intel just ignoring HDC but if HDC’s documentations are truth what documentations does Intel have within the conversations between these two corporations. I am saying this and since I’m just a layman, and if HDC is pushed into an actual trial (which neither want) will the Judge allow all that documentation be heard by a jury? If so I believe HDC will prevail big time and abusiveness by Intel. Now my words here may not be the proper lingo but I’m sure you understand what I’m trying to say, I hope?

At any rate the bang for the dollars for us shareholders/traders are in the hype and not in the dollars that HDC could ever imagine.
