Changes..thank you for your legal assessment. I hope you are right regarding the courts putting a high priority on "Declaratory Relief" to protect the share holders.

I also hope that the NY courts don't consider NRXP a higher priority than RLFTF due to it being on the NASDAQ rather than the pinkies.
