Dear Madam,



I have had nothing to do with Hunt Gold Corporation ("Hunt") in over a decade!



I was simply a Non-Executive Director for a very short period of time. I had zero dealing with their day to dealings.



Having been asked about this innumerable times, I able to convey to you that they were "screwed over" due to a Reverse Merger as I recall; from Prime Time Group ("Prime"). They got caught up in SEC actions and a Trading Halt stemming from prior actions by the Directors of Prime and the Hunt assets were legally and Court ordered; cancelled by the those Parties in order to protect their interests. Hunt has no assets whatsoever and for over a decade now. I further understand that these Directors of Prime were convicted and are serving “time” stemming from their actions in some other “scam”.



NO. GNCP has zero interest in Hunt and it is dead to us as a Company.



I have had ZERO influence over HGLC ever; and I do not intend to. As far as I know it is an empty shell for well over a decade now.



Insofar as its trading, I will take your word on that, have not looked and do not intend to.
