That is expert discovery. That means case won’t end until sometime between March or may of 2022.

A settlement can happen anytime, but I think the outcome is so important no side is backing down.

Crypto is having an explosive year. And it continues to go up. Xrp is being artificially suppressed from true potential but it can sri continue upwards while case goes on because xrp also moves with industry not just Ripple. We could see a $2 or $4 xrp still tbis year.

However if we never had this sec lawsuit we would already be at $4 to $10 today
