I wouldn't make that assumption. I'm not saying they have good news but it's more than likely delayed because they can't pay their accountants. This is becoming pretty common place for pred, the late /delayed fins.

They did just get a patent related to stem cells. I know, big whoop, a patent for something they can't monetize. They also settled a large law suit. They're broke. Fins are lower on the priority list than keeping the lights on.
