It doesn't convince me either.

Does the cost of retrofitting justifies high energy bills?

When the investment is fully recouped?

Even if it works it can have a market for few parts of the country where the excessive heat forces you to have A/C on night and day.

Thinking about Vegas or Phoenix for example.
