That isn't true - the OTCM is controlled by FINRA and the SEC.

As I stated the OTCM isn't a regulator or a exchange - they are a for profit PR Company.

Since the SEC enforces securities law - they provide the OTCM with the information to place a CE on a company.

The OTCM only has about 100 employees.

As usual shareholders always blame everyone but Deitsch.
